What we store

When you book, we store your name, email address, phone number, the address and postcode where the tent will stand, your message to us, and the date, time and price of the booking.

Why

• To deliver the tent and stay in contact with you about the booking (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (legal obligation, GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

We do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.

How long

We delete your information 12 months after the rental date. Accounting records are kept for 5 years as required by law.

Who helps us

We use the following suppliers, who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase: booking database. Servers located in Stockholm (EU).
• Cloudflare: website hosting.
• Resend: sending emails. Servers located in Ireland (EU).
• Simply.com: our email (Denmark).
• Stripe: card and MobilePay payments (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). We never see your card details.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to object to processing. Email info@telthuset.dk. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
